Contacts on SF should have last contacted date to see when were they last sent an email from sequence, or normal reply

We have variables in sequence builder like {{weekday+4}} and all User is asking if we can add a variable {{today+15}}, returning date of +15 days from date of email send (e.g. April 10) So basically variables like sent date + 15, +7 and few other predefined +days will be good

One thing I desperately need is the email openers and clickers filters. I need people who opened/clicked more than a certain number of times (5 or 7+ times) and export only those for cold call lists or to add them to sub sequences. That's the major way I'm utilizing email outreach. My buyers are not responsive to emails (nothing about deliverability or messaging, it's just buyer behavior - HR people). We need to call and we need to call the ones heavily engaged with our emails. Is this something you guys can roll out or is it on the roadmap at least?
