Capture inbound email leads -- Those land in the Master Inbox’s Untracked Replies. We automatically capture replies that aren’t tied to an existing lead/campaign (e.g., new thread, different sender address), so nothing slips through. From there, you can: Associate the conversation to the right campaign (manually or from recommended campaigns). Reply and continue follow-ups from Master Inbox.
