Leadsforge 
1. Signals as a New Sourcing Path in Leadsforge
We’ve released Signals in Leadsforge, allowing users to discover companies and contacts based on real-world events and buying signals.
Instead of searching only by ICP criteria, users can now build lists around companies and people that have recently taken meaningful actions, helping identify prospects with stronger intent and better timing.
How It Works
Select Signals as the sourcing path
Choose a signal type
Configure provider-specific filters
View the estimated number of matching companies or contacts
Extract results using credits
Review evidence explaining why each company or person matched the signal
Enrich leads and move them into the Enriched table
Available Signals:
Job Change Signals: People who recently changed jobs.
Acquisition Signals: Companies that were recently acquired.
Funding Signals: Companies that recently raised funding.
Investor Signals: Companies and people actively making investments.
Evidence & Transparency
Every extracted company or contact includes supporting evidence. By opening the Details view you can see why they matched the selected signal, providing transparency in sourcing results.
Credit Usage
At extraction time:
Credits are charged based on the number of companies or contacts selected
You can further enrich extracted leads using existing enrichment workflows
This release enables a completely new way to build targeted prospect lists based on market activity, company growth, hiring changes, acquisitions, funding events, and investment behavior!

Since “Scheduled (Today)” is no longer reliable or meaningful in Multichannel workflows, we replaced it with a more accurate consumption metric.

3. Custom Date Selection for Reminders
We’ve improved the Reminders experience by adding support for fully custom reminder dates through a calendar picker.
You can now select:

4. LinkedIn Account Connection via Link
We’ve released a new way to connect LinkedIn accounts without sharing credentials or requiring users to log into Salesforge directly. This solves one of the biggest operational pains for agencies and teams managing outreach for clients.
You can now generate a secure invite link that allows another person to connect their LinkedIn account safely.
Available anywhere Sender Profiles can be added:

5. Localized Opt-Out Link
We’ve released Localized Opt-Out Link support for Multichannel sequences. Instead of using a generic opt-out experience, the system localizes the opt-out link to improve deliverability and reduce spam reports.
The feature is available under the existing Include opt-out setting.
When you enables either opt-out option:
A new setting appears: Localized opt-out link
Users can enable or disable it via an additional toggle
Warmforge 
1. Account-Wide API Keys in Warmforge
We’ve updated how API keys work in Warmforge and aligned them with the behavior across our other products.
New API keys are now account-wide by default, allowing a single key to be used across multiple workspaces.
Newly created API keys:
Will enable proper functionality for MCP to access all workspaces
Are no longer tied to a single workspace
Can access multiple workspaces within the account
These keys now require the workspace to be specified in the URL: /public/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/...

1. Mailbox Forwarding via API
We’ve released mailbox forwarding management via API in Mailforge. You can now enable, update, disable, and bulk manage mailbox forwarding programmatically.
Primebox Mobile App 
1. Agent Frank in Primebox Mobile
You can now review and manage Agent Frank conversations directly from the Primebox app.
This allows you to:

2. Sender Picker
We’ve also introduced Sender Picker to the Primebox mobile app.

1. Email-Only Mailbox Flow for Multichannel Sequences
We’ve introduced a major usability improvement for users running email-only Multichannel sequences. You can now add mailboxes directly without creating Sender Profiles manually. This simplifies setup for users who only need email outreach and don’t use LinkedIn actions.
What’s New
For sequences containing only email nodes, users can now:

2. Recipient Suggestions Autocomplete
We’ve released recipient autocomplete suggestions in Primebox to make composing emails faster and more efficient.

1. Exact Match Toggle for Job Title Filters
We’ve released an Exact Match toggle for Job Title filtering in both Leadsforge and Agent Frank.

Salesforge 
1. Connection Notes - Free vs Premium
We’ve updated how Connection Notes work to better align with LinkedIn limits while keeping outreach smooth.
What’s changed:
Character limit increased to 300 characters (matching LinkedIn)
Applies to all users, but behavior differs by plan
Free accounts:
If the note exceeds 200 characters → it will be skipped
The system will still send the connection request without a note
Once monthly limits are reached, requests will continue without notes
Premium accounts:
Can send full 300-character notes
Notes are always included (within limits)
2. Label Mapping in HubSpot Integration
We’ve released label mapping for HubSpot, bringing it in line with our Salesforce integration.
You can now map Primebox labels directly to HubSpot fields, so your contact data stays structured and up to date in your CRM.
How it works:
Select a field via “Select HubSpot field to map”
See all Primebox labels (both predefined and custom) listed on the left
Map each label to the appropriate HubSpot field on the right
3. Forge CLI
We've released the Forge CLI, a single command line tool that lets users run the entire Forge stack (Salesforge, Primeforge, Leadsforge, Infraforge, Warmforge and Mailforge) directly from the terminal.
4. Insert & Remove Nodes Between Existing Steps
We’ve released a major usability upgrade for Multichannel sequence building! You can now insert and remove nodes between existing steps without rebuilding your flow from scratch.
Insert Nodes
For newly created and draft sequences, users can now insert a new node between existing ones.
How it works:
The newly inserted node automatically becomes:

Remove Nodes
You can now remove nodes from the middle of a draft sequence without deleting everything below them.

5. Bitscale Integration
We’ve released a new integration with Bitscale, similar to our existing Clay integration.
Users can now connect Bitscale with Salesforge using an API key and push data directly into Salesforge workflows.

1. Exclude List for Searches
We’ve introduced the ability to import and manage exclusion lists in Leadsforge, so you don’t pay for leads you already have.
What’s new:

How it works:

We’ve introduced file-based bulk company search in ICP, making it easy to find leads from large lists of target companies.
What’s new:
Upload a CSV file with your company list
Map your data by selecting the “Companies” column
Best supported format: Company domain (recommended for accuracy)
Company name may work, but domain ensures better matching
How it works:
Upload 1 CSV file per search (up to 1,000 rows)
System matches companies with our database
Returns employees (contacts) from those companies
You can further refine results using standard ICP filters
Mailforge 
1. Change Mailbox Username in Mailforge
We’ve added the ability to edit mailbox usernames directly in Mailforge, reducing the need for support requests.
What’s new:
Open any existing mailbox and edit the username field
Username is now visible and editable within the mailbox view
Primeforge 
1. Update Mailbox Password via UI
We’ve added the ability to update mailbox passwords directly from the UI in Primeforge.
Previously, if a you changed your password directly in providers like Microsoft, the update wouldn’t sync automatically, which could lead to connection issues.

We’ve rolled out an updated contacts import flow that now matches the Multichannel contacts import experience.
The new flow comes with upgraded UI/UX, making it easier and more intuitive to import and map contacts.

4. Multichannel Upgrade Smart Connection Request Handling
We’ve improved how connection requests work in Multichannel sequences when note limits are reached.
Previously, if a user hit the monthly limit for personalized connection notes, outreach could stop entirely. Now, the system handles this more intelligently.
New logic:
Attempt to send connection request with a note
If it fails (e.g. limit reached) → retry without a note
If it fails again → mark the step as failed for that lead
5. Attachments in Primebox
We’ve added full attachments support in Primebox, making conversations more complete across channels.

We’ve released AI-powered Emails and LinkedIn messages for Multichannel sequences, along with a revamped UI/UX and improved flow.
New Sequence AI settings flow (3-step setup):
Goal: Pick one of 5 goals (Click-out, Send meeting link, Receive meeting link, Start a conversation, Request a referral)
Product and Language: Select product, language and tone, optionally enable dynamic language matching to translate messages based on the contact
Knowledgeable: Review uploaded files to knowledge base and add more if needed
Key improvements:
Generate and preview messages directly inside the node editor
Simplified personalization, no more overdrive mode or selecting personalization source, we use everything, always optimized for best results
Each AI-generated message uses 1 personalization credit, both Email and LinkedIn
2. AI Auto-Replies on Human Path
We’ve released AI auto-replies for Multichannel sequences. You can now let AI handle incoming replies, similar to how responses are managed in Agent Frank.

1. Sender Picker in Primebox
We’ve released the Sender Picker feature in Primebox! Now, when replying to a thread, you can choose which Sender profile will send the message.
A single thread can have multiple Senders reaching out to the same lead on both Email and LinkedIn channels.
2. Multichannel API
We’ve released the Multichannel API, enabling users and partners to fully manage Multichannel sequences programmatically.
All relevant API capabilities have been extended to support Multichannel, including sequence management, analytics, contacts, senders, and execution.
3. Salesforce Integration - DNC Picker
We’ve released an update to the Salesforce integration with a new DNC picker.
You can now choose how DNC records are synced by selecting between “Domain” and “Contacts” using a simple toggle.

2. Custom Labels as Positive
We’ve added the ability to assign custom labels as “Positive” in Primebox.
When creating a custom label, you will now see an additional checkbox: “Track as positives.” If enabled, any thread marked with that label will be counted toward the Positive metric in analytics!
3. PrimeboxApp Updates - Filters & Move contact
Continuing our mobile app upgrades, we’ve aligned Primebox filters on mobile with the web version. Additionally, we’ve introduced the ability to move a contact to another sequence directly from the mobile app, matching the functionality available on web!
4. Message Performance Analytics with A/Z Support
We’ve released message performance analytics for A/Z variants in Multichannel sequences.
You can now see how each variant performs across both Email and LinkedIn actions, helping you optimize messaging based on real results.
5. Customizable Variable Columns in Contacts Table
We’ve released customizable variable columns for the Contacts table, giving you more visibility over variable values. With standard variable column it was difficult to read values of variables and editing was inconvenient.
Now, in the Contacts page you can:

We’ve extended Whitelabel support to include the new Multichannel functionality and Agent Frank, partners can now offer the full experience under their own brand.

We have released Chrome Extension v2! The extension now gives users improved contact management and outreach workflow directly both from websites and LinkedIn company pages.
What's new:
View Company & Employees: See company details and a list of employees on any website or LinkedIn company page.
Search & Filter Employees: Find contacts by name or position.
Contact Actions: View a contact’s contact details, generate and execute LinkedIn messages or emails, add to a workspace/sequence, find email and phone data.
