If it fails again → mark the step as failed for that lead

Review and proceed with editing/customizing
2. Custom Labels as Positive

When creating a custom label, you will now see an additional checkbox: “Track as positives.” If enabled, any thread marked with that label will be counted toward the Positive metric in analytics!
3. PrimeboxApp Updates - Filters & Move contact
Continuing our mobile app upgrades, we’ve aligned Primebox filters on mobile with the web version. Additionally, we’ve introduced the ability to move a contact to another sequence directly from the mobile app, matching the functionality available on web!

Email reply rate (%)
These updates make it easier to manage your sequences!
Leadsforge
1. Leadsforge Lookalikes API
We’ve released Lookalikes API support in Leadsforge, allowing our customers to find similar companies and retrieve employee contacts via a public API.

Find similar companies by providing a list of domains

1. UI improvements to the Multichannel Builder
What's new:
More control over wait times - You can now set hourly wait periods in addition to days. We also improved how wait times are displayed, making them easier to adjust.
Clearer condition branching - The way conditions branch is now more visually clear, making complex flows easier to understand at a glance.
Redesigned action selector - Actions are now grouped into separate categories and the selector is more compact, improving usability on smaller screens and preventing dropdown movement issues.
2. Retry Interrupted Contacts for Multichannel Sequences
Gives you control over restarting leads that stopped due to errors.
You can now:
Retry all interrupted contacts - View a table with interruption reasons and counts & confirm retry
Retry a specific contact - Retry an individual lead by selecting it from contacts table
3. Multichannel Sequence tags and new filters in Primebox
What’s new:
Sequence tags for Multichannel messages: Threads are now tagged with their Multichannel sequence name
Filter by Multichannel sequence: Now you can narrow threads to a specific MC sequence.
Filter by sender profile: Similar to filtering by mailboxes, you can now filter by senders, select multiple sender profiles, and see only threads where those senders engaged.
Exclude by sequence: Use the same sequence list as “Filter by sequence,” but instead exclude one or more sequences from the results.
4. We’ve added two new languages to Salesforge!
Salesforge now supports:
Spanish (Español)
Portuguese (Brazil)

1. View mailbox credentials directly in the UI
For each mailbox, you can now see:
Password - used to log in directly to the mailbox
App password - used to connect Gmail mailboxes via SMTP without OAuth
One-time password (OTP) - a rotating code that refreshes every 30 seconds and is required when logging in
The password and app password are now also included in the bulk CSV export for each mailbox. This makes managing and connecting mailboxes easier while keeping all required credentials accessible
2. Granular Mailbox Provisioning Statuses in Primeforge
Instead of a generic Pending status, mailboxes now display statuses that clearly reflect what’s happening.

1. Send Email Preview for Multichannel sequences
Just like in legacy sequences, you can now send a preview email from the multichannel builder to a mailbox of your choice, allowing you to review content before launch.
Available only for email steps (not LinkedIn messages or InMails)
Will work with both AI-generated and manual emails
Supports variables, so you can see how they render in the final email
2. Removal of Mixmax and Shield/Guard auto-response emails in Primebox.
Automated messages indicating spam protection (for example, replies stating that a recipient has shielding enabled) are now hidden from Primebox and do not count as replies or positive responses. Automated messages indicating spam protection (for example, replies stating that a recipient has shielding enabled) are now hidden from Primebox and do not count as replies or positive responses.
This keeps your inbox clean and ensures reply and performance metrics remain accurate.
3. GoHighLevel Bi-Directional Sync
We’ve expanded our integrations with full bi-directional sync for GoHighLevel, running every 15 minutes.
Here’s what you get:
Contacts fully synced between Salesforge and GoHighLevel both ways
No more manual updates, your contact data stays fresh on both sides
Simple, seamless contact management across platforms!
4. Thread Auto-Creation on Incoming Messages & Conversation Sync
We’ve released a new Multichannel feature that prevents out-of-context outreach when a lead messages you while they’re in an active sequence.
What happens now:
If a lead in an active Multichannel sequence sends you a message, we fetch that message and create a new thread in Primebox, so you can immediately see and respond.
The sequence is automatically stopped for that lead, preventing any out-of-context automated messages.
The lead is marked as Replied and is counted in analytics.
This also applies when:
A lead replies to a connection note
Any LinkedIn action was executed and the lead replies afterward
Ongoing conversations happen manually on LinkedIn (these will now be properly synced)
This update ensures accurate analytics and a more natural outreach experience across MC sequences.

1. Email Forwarding in Primeforge
Just like in Infraforge and Mailforge, users can now forward emails using Primeforge, this feature allows all emails received in Primeforge mailboxes to be automatically forwarded to a designated email address making it easier to manage and route messages within your workflows.

1. Warmforge Now Supports Spintax and Variables
Warmforge email signatures and placement tests can now process spintax and variables for more dynamic, personalized emails.
We're still working on more features & workflow improvements across all forges in February!

1. A/B Testing for Multichannel Sequences
We’ve released A/B testing for Multichannel sequences, bringing the same flexibility users already know from regular sequences.
Users can now create multiple variants of the same message step (A–Z) across all message-sending actions:
Emails
LinkedIn messages
LinkedIn InMails
Connection notes
By default, traffic is evenly distributed across all variants, but users can manually adjust distribution via the settings modal. Variants are enabled by default, and any variant can be turned off later, when that happens, distribution is automatically rebalanced, respecting any prior manual adjustments.
Each variant is fully editable: clicking a variant opens the same message editor, allowing users to customize content just like the original step.
This enables deeper experimentation and optimization across every multichannel outreach flow.
2. Sender Rules & Validations
We’ve introduced new validation rules for connecting LinkedIn accounts during sender profile creation:
Minimum connection requirement: LinkedIn accounts must have 150+ connections to be connected.
Restricted accounts handling: Banned or restricted LinkedIn accounts can no longer be connected.
Improved authentication flow: You can now resend the authentication code if needed.
These validations help ensure healthier sender profiles and reduce failed or risky LinkedIn actions

1. Spam Checker in Multichannel Sequence Builder
You can now check your spam score directly in the Multichannel sequence builder on email steps, making it easier to catch deliverability issues before launch.
Spam checking is available only for emails as LinkedIn outreach does not face traditional email deliverability or spam-related risks.
2. Clay x Salesforge Multichannel Integration
We’ve expanded our Clay integration so you can now push data directly into Salesforge Multichannel sequences. This makes it easy to take enriched data from Clay and activate it instantly across email and LinkedIn outreach.
The integration is fully backward compatible, so when fetching sequences from Salesforge you’ll see both legacy sequences and multichannel sequences available, no changes required to existing workflows.
3. Contact Progress Details for Multichannel
We’ve released a major upgrade to how you track individual contact progress in Multichannel sequences and Agent Frank, now fully adapted for multichannel logic.
What’s new:
Detailed contact view: Open any contact to see full context, including basic details (email, LinkedIn URL), current status, and step-by-step progress.
Dynamic step tracking: Progress now reflects the actual multichannel steps executed (Email, LinkedIn message, InMail, connection request, follow, like, profile view), not a fixed sequence.
Branch-aware visibility: Since contacts can follow different paths based on conditions, the modal shows what actually happened for that contact, not just a generic flow.
Clear status history: Every status change includes a reason - success, failure, or conditional outcome, so you know exactly why a contact moved forward or stopped.
Improved error handling: See failure reasons, tooltips with guidance, and actions like retry or contacting support where applicable.
This update makes it much easier to debug sequences, understand individual outcomes, and manage your sequences!

1. Multichannel Analytics for Agent Frank
We’ve rolled out Multichannel Analytics for Agent Frank, bringing the same powerful insights you already have for multichannel sequences directly into AF.
Analytics now adapt automatically based on the outreach path you choose during setup:
Email only: email performance analytics
LinkedIn only: LinkedIn performance analytics
Multichannel (Email + LinkedIn): combined email and LinkedIn analytics
On top of the Agent-level analytics revamp, we’ve also introduced aggregated global analytics across all Agent Frank campaigns, just like the top-level analytics in Multichannel Sequences.
2. Outlook Integration for Agent Frank
We’ve added Outlook integration to Agent Frank for the “Send a meeting link” goal.
Outlook is now available alongside Google, HubSpot, and Calendly, giving users more flexibility when scheduling meetings through Agent Frank. You can connect your Outlook account, select it from the dropdown just like the other providers, and disconnect it at any time.
We're still working on more features & workflow improvements across all forges in January!

1. Global Condition for Multichannel Sequences
We’ve introduced a new global condition for multichannel sequences: If replied.
How it works:
The condition splits the flow into Yes / No branches.
If a contact replies, the sequence does not stop anymore by default, actions under the Yes branch will continue executing until the sequence completes.
For email replies, out-of-office and bounce replies are ignored, keeping analytics and logic accurate.
2. DNC Support in Public API
We’ve extended Salesforge Public API with Do Not Contact support, allowing you to manage DNC entries programmatically.

1. Pre-warmed Mailboxes in Primeforge
Just like in Infraforge, you can now purchase fully warmed-up mailboxes directly from the UI, ready to send from day one. We’ve also added filters to easily choose between Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, and each domain clearly shows which mailbox type it includes.
2. Public API for Pre-Warmed Mailboxes in Primeforge
We’ve released public API for pre-warmed mailboxes in Primeforge. Now you can programmatically list and purchase fully warmed-up mailboxes without using the UI.
We're still working on more features & workflow improvements across all forges in December!
