While bookmarking filtered URLs is a workaround, it isn't seamless within the app interface. Proposed Solution: Allow users to pin or access sender profile shortcuts directly on the left sidebar (or top tab navigation) in Primebox. Clicking a sender's profile icon/name would instantly filter the inbox to that specific sender without having to open the filter menu repeatedly. Why It Matters: Efficiency: Saves significant time when toggling between multiple sender accounts. Better UX: Keeps the workflow inside the Salesforge app without relying on external browser bookmarks.
Problem Description:
Currently, when managing multiple sender accounts in Salesforge, checking incoming messages for a specific sender requires using the top filter menu. Users must click the filter dropdown, search or scroll for the sender name, select it, and apply the filter every single time they want to view that inbox.
When managing dozens of sender accounts, this multi-click process adds a large amount of manual friction to daily inbox management. While saving browser bookmarks for filtered URLs works as a temporary workaround, it clutters the browser bar and breaks the native app workflow.

Pinned Sender Shortcuts in Sidebar:
Add a dedicated section in the Primebox sidebar that lists active sender profiles or allows users to pin their most frequent senders. Clicking a sender name or profile icon should instantly filter the inbox view to that specific account with a single click.
Visual Unread Counters per Sender:
Display unread message badges next to each sender shortcut in the sidebar. This enables users to see at a glance which specific sender account has received a new reply without having to filter through each profile individually to check.
Custom Saved Filter Views:
Allow users to save specific filter combinations (e.g., Sender A + Specific Campaign) as quick-access shortcuts directly on the sidebar.
Quick "All Senders" Reset:
Include a top-level toggle at the head of the shortcuts list so users can switch instantly back to the aggregated view of all inbox messages.
