We’ve expanded the Multichannel Sequence Builder with new LinkedIn conditions and actions to help you personalize and automate outreach even further.

What’s new:

• Already connected – LinkedIn condition to branch logic based on connection status

• Follow – New LinkedIn action to automatically follow your prospects

• Like latest post – New LinkedIn action to engage prospects by liking their most recent post

These additions make your multichannel sequences even smarter and more human!

2. Extended DNC with LinkedIn Support
We’ve expanded the Do Not Contact (DNC) functionality to cover LinkedIn outreach, giving you more control over your contact exclusions across all channels.

What’s new:

• Add LinkedIn URLs directly to your DNC list

• Bulk import CSV files with LinkedIn URLs from the Settings page

• Add individual contacts to DNC directly from Primebox

• If a thread includes both email and LinkedIn, you’ll be prompted to choose whether to combine and add email + LinkedIn or domain + LinkedIn to the DNC

This update ensures your outreach stays compliant and respectful, preventing unwanted contact across both email and LinkedIn channels!
