1. Sender Picker in Primebox
We’ve released the Sender Picker feature in Primebox! Now, when replying to a thread, you can choose which Sender profile will send the message.
A single thread can have multiple Senders reaching out to the same lead on both Email and LinkedIn channels.

2. Multichannel API
We’ve released the Multichannel API, enabling users and partners to fully manage Multichannel sequences programmatically.
All relevant API capabilities have been extended to support Multichannel, including sequence management, analytics, contacts, senders, and execution.

3. Salesforce Integration - DNC Picker
We’ve released an update to the Salesforce integration with a new DNC picker.
You can now choose how DNC records are synced by selecting between “Domain” and “Contacts” using a simple toggle.

4. Free Trial improvements:

• Warmforge trial now matches Salesforge’s 2-week trial (previously 1 week)

• With a paid Salesforge subscription, Warmforge remains free to use as before

• Remaining emails limits increased: 25 → 100

• Remaining contacts limits increased: 10 → 50

• Remaining personalization limits increased: 10 → 50

• Remaining validations limits increased: 10 → 50

Leadsforge

1. CSV Enrichment for Leadsforge
We’ve released CSV Enrichment in Leadsforge, allowing you to upload your own contact lists and enrich them!
You can now access the new “CSV Enrichment” path, upload a CSV file, or download a predefined template to format their data correctly.

2. ICP Search Results Improvements

• Smarter understanding of intent, search now better interprets input and context

• Better filter suggestions & guidance

• “Similar” filter recommendations

3. Improved Email Enrichment Quality in Leadsforge
We’ve improved email enrichment quality in Leadsforge to ensure more reliable and accurate results.

• We audited all providers and ensured invalid data or other low value data points are no longer returned

• Email enrichment now returns only verified and catch-all emails

4. Followers Filters Before Extraction
We’ve introduced pre-extraction filters for Followers in Leadsforge, giving users more control before running an extraction.
New filters available:

• Countries (Contact locations)

• Job Titles

• Departments

• Seniority (Levels)
