1. AI Emails & LinkedIn Messages
We’ve released AI-powered Emails and LinkedIn messages for Multichannel sequences, along with a revamped UI/UX and improved flow.
New Sequence AI settings flow (3-step setup):

1. Goal: Pick one of 5 goals (Click-out, Send meeting link, Receive meeting link, Start a conversation, Request a referral)

2. Product and Language: Select product, language and tone, optionally enable dynamic language matching to translate messages based on the contact

3. Knowledgeable: Review uploaded files to knowledge base and add more if needed

Key improvements:

• Generate and preview messages directly inside the node editor

• Simplified personalization, no more overdrive mode or selecting personalization source, we use everything, always optimized for best results

• Each AI-generated message uses 1 personalization credit, both Email and LinkedIn

2. AI Auto-Replies on Human Path
We’ve released AI auto-replies for Multichannel sequences. You can now let AI handle incoming replies, similar to how responses are managed in Agent Frank.
How it works:

• New tab in the Sequence creation: “AI replies: Human control”

• Choose between:

  • Auto-pilot (AI replies automatically)

  • Co-pilot (AI suggests replies for review)

3. Multichannel Reporting
We’ve released reporting for Multichannel sequences, bringing CSV export capabilities in line with legacy sequences. Now extended to cover both Email and LinkedIn activities.
Where you can download reports:

• All Sequences page: select one or multiple sequences and export

• Individual Sequence page: download reports for a specific sequence

4. Pipedrive integration
We’ve released a new integration with Pipedrive, making it easy to bring your CRM data into Salesforge.

Leadsforge

1. Company Followers Extraction via API
We’ve released company followers extraction through the API, allowing users to programmatically search and retrieve company followers.

2. Sorting in Enriched Tables
We’ve added sorting capabilities to enriched tables in Leadsforge, making it easier to analyze leads and take action.
You can now sort by:

• LinkedIn

• Email

• Phone number

• Any Lead Qualification column

3. Improved Company Followers AI Model
What’s improved:

• Eliminated cases where the model would hallucinate companies (e.g. showing random companies like Amazon when none were mentioned)

• Improved company/domain recognition from text, ensuring results are based only on actual inputs

• Fixed inconsistent list naming, removing unwanted additions like “Lookalikes” or “Employees”

Primeforge

1. Mailbox Deletion
We’ve introduced mailbox deletion functionality in Primeforge, giving you more control over your mailboxes.

2. Primeforge Export Progress
We’ve added export progress visibility in Primeforge to give you better insight into what’s happening during exports.

Mailforge

1. Mailforge Public API
We’ve released Mailforge Public API, enabling you to programmatically manage domains and mailboxes at scale. With the API, you can now automate the full infrastructure workflow from purchasing domains to managing mailboxes and DNS.

Forge MCP Server
You can now connect your Salesforge products to any AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including Claude, Cursor and more. 5 products, 118 tools, one endpoint!

Legacy Sequences Deprecation & Navigation updates
We’ve officially deprecated legacy sequences and shifting fully toward Multichannel as the new standard.
What’s changing:

• On the old Sequences page, the “+ New Sequence” button now redirects to the Multichannel builder

• Legacy sequences can still be viewed, edited, and used, including subsequences creation

• Revamped navigation UI across all Forges:

  • More modern and compact design

  • Improved usability on smaller screens

Plan Updates
We’ve updated plan capabilities to support Multichannel:

• Pro plan:

  • Now includes Multichannel access

  • Comes with 100 social credits

  • Allows 1 LinkedIn account connection

• Growth plan:

  • Increased to 300 social actions by default
