1. Send Now for Multichannel Sequences
We’ve released Send Now for Multichannel sequences, giving you more control over individual contacts without changing the sequence for everyone else.
From the Contacts view inside an active sequence, you can now manually trigger a scheduled action for a specific contact instead of waiting for its normal execution time.
How it works:

• Available at the contact level for active sequences

• Works with both email and LinkedIn actions

• Only available for actions that are currently scheduled and eligible to run

• Sequence conditions are still respected, e.g. reply status, connection accepted, email/LinkedIn availability, bounce status, connection status, etc.

• Once Send Now is requested, it can’t be triggered again for the same action while the previous request is still pending

This is useful when you want to move a particular prospect forward immediately without changing the timing or setup of the rest of your sequence!
